How do I get started?

  • To start, click and complete the My Info Form. We will work with you to obtaining a base line of your commercial or industrial properties energy consumption.

  • After we have obtained the base line energy consumption and current operational characteristics of your business, we can provide recommendations for mechanical changes, control strategies and implement a custom energy savings software that will optimize your buildings systems operations.

How does the system work?

  • Our proprietary Forecast Optimization & Peak Demand Software "Energy APIs" runs as Software As A Service on our EAPICM-1 and connects directly to your building automation hardware. Learning algorithms pull system data, weather data, usage data while tracking peak load to build models of the building operations. Peak Load for any building is a moving target and can amount to 50% increase of your energy usage cost. Energy API's can then adjust set points, demand levels and system triggers functions to optimize operations, leveraging your thermal storage.
