In Banta’s commitment to provide Customer with the ability to select only the support it needs, Banta offers two options for this Support Agreement. Both a Basic Support Program and a Premium Support Program are available. Please contact your Banta Systems sales representative for more information.
Basic Support Program
This is the basic support program which most customers will use.
Premium Support Program
If a customer requires more in depth complex support, a Premium Support Program is available. This includes all items from the basic support program above. In addition, customer will have access to a Senior Technical Support Manager for seven days a week.
