Fixed Asset Management

  • Maintains detailed information about each fixed asset, including manufacturer, serial, costing, and sales, information.
  • An asset can be assigned to either an inventory location or a user to track asset responsibility.
  • An asset can optionally be defined as a container which holds other assets (such as a van which holds tools).
  • All assets in a container asset can be, optionally, re-assigned when the container asset is re-assigned to another user/location.
  • Maintenance type codes can be developed to track maintenance on assets (such as vehicle oil change, tool service, etc.)
  • Maintenance type codes supports both time and usage intervals (such as every 3 months or 10,000 miles) and can easily be renewed when maintenance is completed.
  • Maintenance can be assigned to and tracked for all assets.
  • Complete maintenance history is kept, including costing.
  • Maintenance history can be entered to populate historical data.
  • A maintenance warning alert is displayed in the warnings panel when due.
  • A maintenance late alert is displayed in the warnings panel when it becomes past due.
  • Assets which are assigned as a technician's primary vehicle will automatically update usage from Work Order dispatch data.
